Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days through email so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
